Romania had one of the most impressive qualification streaks with 10! That was until two years ago that missed the final just for 4 points and things got worst in 2019 with a second failed attempt.
The 50/50 voting system does not do Romania any favours. The other interesting fact is that the only two times they have relied on Juries both ended in NQ. You can also read that backwards. Every time that their diaspora was not invested in voting for Romania they fell short.
Roxen hopes to break the curse and carry Romania back to the Final. The artist and song have many Eilish influences but quality wise brings something fresh to the contest.
My only concern is that it is slightly repetitive and a bit darker. It could have more impact any other year. It does have though good staging potential.
Will qualify because...of its quality. It can attract some jury votes and has a great Televoting potential close to the Top-3/5 area.
Great running order with the current longest streak of qualifications with 4.
Will not qualify because...of a dull staging that will put off the viewers.

Interesting Facts about the Running Order: Great slot for an entry that is relying on Televoting with 8/12 Top-10. Very bad for Juries on the other hand with only 5/12. Both constituencies and totals have two podium places.
The slot is used for the first uplifting entry for the second half,so that could be a disadvantage for Romania.
What happens next...: Romania most probably will qualify and a result on the second third of the table is where I think they will land. Top-10 is not out of the question but we have to wait for the staging and running order to have a better picture.

Some More Data: It is more than obvious that Romania is relying on Televoting for a good result.
75% of their total points have come from PV. This is the make it or break it factor for them.
Amnsesia is more balanced but I don't know if it will be something like J: 8-12 and TV: 10-13 or better.
