Belgium has a very impressive recond when it comes to qualifying to the Final through a SF. They have done it only 5 times so far (one of the weakest records) but when they do it, they always finish in the left side of the scoreboard!
4 out of 5 times finished in Top-10 and 2 times in Top-4! So watch out if they qualify...
Hooverphonic is one of the most prestigious European bands and competing to Eurovision, regardless of the actual result, is a brave move.
The Wrong Place has many distinctive Hooverphonic elements and has the quality to make it to the Final. I am confident that the Juries will show some respect there. It has potential for an atmospheric staging.
My main concern is the running order which is the second worst after No2.
Will qualify because... Will be in Top-5 with Juries and Hooverphonic could attract some alternative and middle-aged votes. Quality is there.
Will not qualify because... of its running order. Only 4 qualifications in the 50/50 era. Producers have not shown any respect there.
Belgium's staging lately suffers a bit, making their songs look boring and never ending and Hooverphonic have that type of song that could look very boring if not staged right.
Realistic expectations for the Semi: 7th - 10th

Interesting Facts about the Running Order: It hasn't produced a single Top-3 neither in Total, with Juries or Televoting!!!
The 4 qualifications finished 8th x 3 times and 9th...Ouch...
What happens next...: One way or the other, Belgium will hopefully qualify to the Final. Like every song that we haven't seen live and staged yet, we need to wait and see how it will be presented. I am optimistic that a left side finishing is more than doable. A Top-10 with Juries feels more than certain.
