Bottom-5: 5 (2015-25th, 2016-26th, 2017-25th, 2019-25th, 2021-25th)

Germany has one of the most impressive stats in the 50/50 split voting era!

The last time it received a Televote point was back in 2018...

If you take out 2018, when they finished sixth in Public vote, Germany for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2021 has received 18 Televote points in total!!

Things do not look positive for this year neither. 'Rockstars' is like the recent German entries with a better Jury appeal.

The goal for this year should be to avoid Bottom-5 and then re-organise the national selection process to get better results.

My humble opinion...

Germany could avoid the Bottom-5 and that should do. To do that, it needs 30-40 Jury points which in theory looks simply but it is not. Germany being the weakest of the Big-5 entries will be given a bad slot, regardless of the half.

There will be some weak entries coming from the Semi-Finals as well, but Germany starts from a lower threshold. 

They need a small miracle to make it!
